Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours. This is because our clothing custom-made, and production starts after the 24-hour window.
Defective Items
For defective items: Kindly email us a photo within 5 days of receiving your order at info@roodooofficial.com.
We will issue refunds/replacements for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Please note that all of our products are made to order, and our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we're unable to offer further assistance.
Customer Purchase Error
Refunds/returns will unlikely be authorized from mistakes made outside of our control. This includes the buyer ordering the wrong size, garment, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that come in, and we will not have extras.
Each garment is a personalized product, made to order, just for you.
We hope you understand.
Returns at this stage of RooDoo's life cost us a lot, due to the print on 'demand structure' we have adopted.
Simply put, if we make a mistake we will refund/replace the item, if you make a mistake we might not be able to refund or replace the item.

Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged not due to our error, or are reported more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a replacement or refund.
