Return & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@roodooofficial.com explaining your situation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT 

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that come in, and we will not have extras. 

Each garment is a personalised product, made to order, just for you.

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change. Please please measure yourself very carefully as we won't accept returns/refunds if you make a mistake on the size, the style or colour.

Each is personalised just for you, made to order. Returns cost RooDoo a lot, in fact, we would need to sell 2 T Shirts to cover the loss of one T Shirt being return. That is why we don't offer returns/refunds UNLESS the mistake is on us (misprint, torn garment, wrong colour etc). We hope you understand.

Simply put, if we make a mistake we will refund/replace, if you make a mistake we won't refund or replace.
