Every RooDoo garment is made to order, crafted just for you.
Because of this personalised process, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes made outside of our control — such as the customer ordering the wrong size, colour, or garment.
We hope you understand that, at this stage of RooDoo’s journey, returns are especially costly due to our eco-friendly print-on-demand structure. Each item is created when you order — there’s no stockpile waiting to be swapped — and producing replacements can have a big impact on our small, growing business (and the planet).
That said, if we make a mistake, we’ll always make it right — whether that means a refund or a replacement.
If a mistake happens on your end, we may not be able to offer a replacement, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@roodooofficial.com explaining your situation.

Our printing process starts very quickly after you place an order. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering — we’ll do our best to stop it, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed once your item has gone to print.
