Can I Have a Refund or Exchange my Product 

NO refunds/returns will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes ordering a wrong size, garment, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that come in, and we will not have extras. 

Each garment is a personalised product, made to order, just for you.

We hope you understand. 

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

Returns at this stage of RooDoo's life cost us a lot, due to the print on 'demand structure' we have adopted. At this moment there isn't a huge pile of garments that the item can be returned to, it is made to order. If a few customers simply order a size too small and have them returned it can be very damaging to the business through heavy replacement costings.

Simply put, if we make a mistake we will refund/replace the item, if you make a mistake we might not be able to refund or replace the item.
