Once garments are printed, orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., misprints, wrong size/colour, or defects), please email info@roodooofficial.com with a photo within 5 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are available for approved cases. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Sizing & Customer Errors

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices. We strongly encourage checking our size guide before ordering. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it—if the error is on your end, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Returns not only add extra costs but also increase carbon emissions. Since we make everything on demand, minimizing returns helps us reduce waste and stay eco-friendly.
